InterHomes IV — Preparation for Act 14 and upcoming construction works
The newest project in the InterHomes Pomorie series — InterHomes IV — is also progressing according to the planned schedule.
The building is expected to receive Act 14 in April 2026, marking the completion of the structural framework (load-bearing structure).
Next construction stages after Act 14
Following this stage, the next construction works will begin:
May 2026 — installation of electrical systems
installation of water supply and sewage systems (plumbing)
window installation
These stages will enable the start of façade works and interior finishing.
