InterHomes III – Preparation for Act 14 and upcoming construction stages
The construction of InterHomes III continues actively, and in March 2026 the building is scheduled to reach the next key milestone—the issuance of Act 14. This document certifies the completion of the structural framework in accordance with Bulgarian construction legislation and represents an important step toward the next phases of the project.
Current works on site
Window installation is currently underway, which allows the start of interior finishing works.
What can be seen on site at the moment (based on recent photos)
The building is at the structural (shell) stage: reinforced concrete slabs and columns are clearly visible, along with completed masonry on each floor.
Window installation is in progress—some openings already have windows installed, which is an important prerequisite for accelerating interior works.
Balcony slabs and the façade outline are formed, with large openings designed for future panoramic windows.
A construction crane is operating on site, and building materials and an organized construction area are visible.
In the surrounding area, preparatory works are underway, including access arrangements (fencing, temporary pathways/work zones).
Upcoming construction stages
In the coming weeks, key works related to internal systems and space preparation will be carried out:
installation of electrical systems;
installation of water supply and sewage (plumbing systems);
internal plastering;
wall finishing and surface preparation.
Planned works for the autumn
In autumn, the installation of flooring and tile cladding is planned, which will define the final appearance of the common areas and residential spaces.
Garage area: automatic electric doors
Automatic electric garage doors will be installed in the building’s garage area, ensuring convenient and secure access to parking spaces.
