InterHomes II – Active façade works and construction progress
The construction of InterHomes II, located on Lyulin Street in the town of Pomorie, is progressing according to plan and has already reached a key stage in the project’s development. The building has officially received Act 14, certifying the completion of the structural framework in compliance with Bulgarian construction regulations.
Installed windows and start of façade works
Windows have already been installed on site, allowing the project to move into the next important phase—façade works and external thermal insulation. Currently, installation of the thermal insulation system is underway, which is essential for:
lower heating and cooling costs;
improved indoor comfort throughout all seasons;
higher energy efficiency of the homes.
These solutions are part of the InterHomes concept for modern, practical, and sustainable residential construction in Pomorie.
Expected completion and commissioning
According to the construction schedule, the project is expected to be fully completed by the end of the year, with the building put into operation (Act 16).
