InterHomes I – The building enters the final stage of construction
The construction of InterHomes I in the town of Pomorie is progressing steadily on schedule and has already reached one of the final stages of the project. The building has officially received Act 14, which certifies the completion of the structural framework and confirms that it has been executed in accordance with the approved architectural design and the requirements of Bulgarian construction legislation.
What can be seen on site at the moment
From the latest photos of the construction site, it is clear that the complex has already taken on its modern appearance: the main façade surfaces in light tones have been completed, large display windows have been installed, as well as balconies with clean-lined railings. There is still scaffolding on part of the façade—this represents the final stage of the exterior works.
At the same time, the following activities are ongoing:
finishing façade works and final exterior elements;
preparation of the entrance areas and common spaces;
landscaping of the site: paving work is already underway, along with preparation of the surrounding areas.
It is expected that at the beginning of next week the scaffolding will be removed, and the façade of InterHomes I will be fully revealed—allowing the building’s final appearance to be seen in its entirety.
Preparation for Act 15
The project team is preparing the documentation required to obtain Act 15—a document certifying that the construction and installation works have been completed in accordance with the project and technical standards. This is an important step toward the final completion of the building.
