InterHomes I Enters the Final Phase Before Act 16
We are pleased to share that the residential building InterHomes I in Pomorie has officially received Act 15 — one of the most important milestones in the construction process.
Following the successful completion of the structure and obtaining Act 14, the building passed all necessary inspections and construction works to reach this key stage. The issuance of Act 15 confirms that the construction has been completed in accordance with the approved investment project, technical requirements, and current construction regulations in the Republic of Bulgaria.
What Does Act 15 Mean for Owners and Investors?
Act 15 is an official document certifying that the construction project is practically completed and ready to proceed with the issuance of Act 16 (Occupancy Permit).

The Next Step – Act 16
Following the issuance of Act 15, the InterHomes team continues work on the final administrative and technical procedures required for obtaining Act 16, which will allow the building to be officially commissioned and put into operation.
All activities are being carried out according to the approved schedule and in strict compliance with Bulgarian construction standards.
