The InterHomes I building at 40 Tuthon Street in Pomorie marks the beginning of Interplan 11’s innovative concept for modern, sustainable and functional residential construction. Construction began in June 2023, and in just a few months the project achieved important milestones:
• Act 14 was issued in April 2024.
• The external PVC joinery (five-chamber, with double glazing) was installed at the beginning of the summer.
