Pomorie Building 9

Pomorie 9 is the newest project of Interplan 11, built just a few meters from one of the most beautiful beaches of Pomorie, in a new, quiet, well-developed area, suitable for year-round living. Near the building are the balneological center, the hospital, Pomorie stadium, as well as the pedestrian zone of the city, where numerous shops, restaurants, cafes and entertainment attractions are concentrated. In order for our residents to feel more cozy, comfortable and in their own "little paradise", the building will be built of three separate buildings, each with a separate entrance and elevator and with only a few apartments per floor. The building offers a wide selection of different types of housing - from stylish studios and functional 2-room apartments, to spacious 3-room apartments. The construction of building A is planned to begin in September 2017 and be completed by 30.06.2018. The construction of the other two buildings – B and C will begin on 01.10.2018. The apartments are offered in a fully completed “turnkey” form and include: – five-chamber PVC joinery with German fittings; – individual electrical panels, installed electrical switches and sockets, as well as lighting fixtures; – for the bathroom and WC – installed sink, sanitary ware, shower faucet, boiler and fan; – armored entrance door, with double locking; – interior MDF doors; – laminated parquet and/or terracotta, at the client’s choice; – plastered and painted walls, the color is at the client’s choice; – Baumit external insulation.
