A key final milestone for InterHomes I in Pomorie
We are pleased to share one of the most important updates about InterHomes I: on 14 August 2026 the building received Act 16 and is now officially commissioned.
This is the final administrative stage of the construction process and an important moment both for the future owners and for the entire InterHomes team.
After successfully passing through Act 14, certifying completion of the structure, and Act 15, confirming the readiness of the building, InterHomes I has reached its successful completion and commissioning.
From construction site to a finished residential project
InterHomes I is no longer a project or a building under construction. It is a completed residential building in Pomorie, ready to welcome its owners.
Throughout the construction period we shared real photographs and up-to-date information from the site: from the structure and the facade to the installation of windows and railings, the common areas and the landscaping of the surrounding grounds.
